Symphony Orchestra Recording Concert Info

Symphony - Here should be everything you need to know about Wednesday's Honor Orchestra Recording Concert. I am SO PROUD of how far you have come as a group in such a short time and am looking forward to sharing this experience with you.

Please read everything carefully and open the attached Map and Parking Information and click here to register your vehicle. Iron's Recital Hall is located on the bottom floor (room 104) of the Music Building 700 Greek Row Dr, Arlington, TX 76013.

Wednesday Oct 11th Call Times (revised)

3:45 - be IN THE MUSIC BUILDING, uncased and helping set up the stage on Iron’s Recital Hall

4:00 - rehearsal on stage

4:45 - vacate the stage so AHS can rehearse

NO LATER THAN 6:30 - be back at UTA dressed in uniforms

6:30 - Doors open for audience members

7:00 - Warm up in UTA Band Hall (Rm 115)

7:30 - We perform

8:00 - Watch AHS perform

8:30 - Concert over

PARKING

Attached is a document you should share with your students and parents. It contains a link through which people MUST register their cars to park on campus without being ticketed. There is also a map showing the location of the three available lots/garages (West Campus Garage, Lot 30, Lot 34), as well as the Music Building. PLEASE ENCOURAGE YOUR STUDENTS & PARENTS TO CARPOOL!!! MWF classes are in session, meaning parking may still be limited. You should also encourage your students to give themselves PLENTY of time to park AND get to the Music Building.
