Call Times for Spring Concert (All Orchestras) Tuesday, May 9


Concert Orchestra

5:40 - Arrive dressed in your uniform, unpack and be ready to warm up on stage at 5:50pm

5:50 - Warm up on Stage

6:20 - Exit the stage, if you share a cello please pass it off to the other cellist. Please don’t interrupt any of the other warm ups going on

6:50 - Be back in your seats on stage

7:00 - Concert starts, you’re up first

Approx 7:15 - Cellos and bass store instruments in cases stage left, everyone goes down the stairs on the cello side and sits as an orchestra in your reserved section. Make good choices. Part of your grade depends your behavior watching the other 3 orchestras

Approx 8:30 - Concert ends, change out of your uniform and leave it on the rack in your assigned garment bag. Eat some cookies and help stack and rack


Sinfonia Orchestra

5:50 - Arrive dressed in your uniform, unpack and be ready to warm up in the Orchestra Room at 6:00 pm

6:00 - Warm up in the Orchestra Room

6:30 - Exit the Orchestra Room, if you share a cello please pass it off to the other cellist. Please don’t interrupt any of the other warm ups going on

6:50 - Be in your reserved seats in the Auditorium

7:00 - Concert starts, you’re up second

Approx 7:15 - Once Concert Orchestra is done, go up the stairs on the violin side of the stage and sit down.

Approx 7:30 - Once your orchestra finishes cellos and bass store instruments in cases stage left, everyone goes down the stairs on the cello side and sits as an orchestra in your reserved section. Make good choices. Part of your grade depends your behavior watching the other orchestras

Approx 8:30 - Concert ends, change out of your uniform and leave it on the rack in your assigned garment bag. Eat some cookies and help stack and rack

Philharmonic Orchestra

6:20 - Arrive dressed in your uniform, unpack and be ready to warm up in the Orchestra Room at 6:30 pm

6:30 - Warm up in the Orchestra Room

6:50 - Exit the Orchestra Room, if you share a cello please pass it off to the other cellist. Please don’t interrupt any of the other warm ups going on

6:55 - Be in your reserved seats in the Auditorium

7:00 - Concert starts, you’re up third

Approx 7:30 - Once Sinfonia Orchestra is done, go up the stairs on the violin side of the stage and sit down.

Approx 7:45 - Once your orchestra finishes cellos and bass store instruments in cases stage left, everyone goes down the stairs on the cello side and sits as an orchestra in your reserved section. Make good choices. Part of your grade depends your behavior watching the other orchestras (*Seniors will need to hang back because the Senior Song will be in between Phil and Symphony*)

Approx 8:30 - Concert ends, change out of your uniform and leave it on the rack in your assigned garment bag. Eat some cookies and help stack and rack


Symphony Orchestra

6:10 - Arrive dressed in your uniform, unpack and be ready to warm up on stage at 6:20 pm

6:20 - Warm up on Stage

6:50 - Exit the stage, if you share a cello please pass it off to the other cellist. Please don’t interrupt any of the other warm ups going on

6:55 - Be in your reserved seats in the Auditorium

7:00 - Concert starts, you’re up last

Approx 7:50 - Once the Senior Song (Yesterday) is done, go up the stairs on the violin side of the stage and sit down.

Approx 8:30 - Concert ends, change out of your uniform and leave it on the rack in your assigned garment bag. Eat some cookies and help stack and rack
