Instrument Return and Pick up this Monday Aug 10th 5-7PM

Welcome back! We are about to embark on yet another new adventure together as we begin the 2020-21 school year online. MANY more details about what the start of school will look like are in the works and will be communicated in the near future. However first things first, you ALL need good quality working instruments to make it happen. Unlike last Spring, there will not be any non-performing assignments. Every student must have an instrument to complete their assignments as they will all be performance based. This upcoming Monday, August 10th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM we will be both collecting and assigning school owned instruments for the upcoming semester. In order to do this safely while maintaining proper social distancing please follow these instructions:

  • Fill out this brief google form so Mr. Hogan and I can prepare for you

  • At your correct time on Monday (Seniors from 5:00 to 5:30, Juniors from 5:30 to 6:00, Sophomores from 6:00 to 6:30 and Freshmen from 6:30 to 7:00) Drive around past the tennis courts to the back door of the orchestra room (Entry 22 click here for a map)

  • If you are returning a school instrument, only one person at a time should get out of their vehicle and place it on one of the tables set up (or next to it for bigger instruments) *NOTE-INCOMING 9TH GRADERS WITH INSTRUMENTS THAT BELONG TO JH CAMPUSES WILL RETURN THOSE INSTRUMENTS TO LHS AND CHECK OUT A NEW ONE FROM LAMAR HIGH SCHOOL

  • If you need to pick up an instrument, please make sure you have filled out the google form ( so we can have the proper one designated for you. Stay in your vehicle and a director will bring the right instrument out to you.
