LHS Sub-Non Varsity (Combined Sinfonia and Concert) (A Day)

3:45 PM Everyone reports to Orchestra room completely dressed in uniform

3:50 PM Tune and briefly warm up

4:40 PM Load Bus

5:10 PM Depart for Arlington CVPA

5:25 PM Arrive at CVPA

5:45 PM Warm-up

6:15 PM Perform on Stage

6:40 PM Sight-Reading

7:05 PM Load bus

7:25 PM depart for LHS

7:40 PM approximate arrival back at LHS

Wednesday Feb 22

LHS Non Varsity (Philharmonic) (B Day)

7:35 AM go to normal 7th and 8th periods

10:55 AM Everyone take 1st Lunch. PLEASE DO NOT leave campus. We do not

have that much time. You probably will want to pack a lunch because you may also

need to change clothes.

11:25 AM Everyone reports to Orchestra room completely dressed in uniform

11:30 AM Tune and briefly warm up

12:05 PM Load Bus

12:35 PM Depart for Arlington CVPA

12:50 PM Arrive at CVPA

1:10 PM Warm-up

1:45 PM Perform on Stage

2:15 PM Sight-Reading

2:45 PM Load bus

3:05 PM depart for LHS

3:30 PM approximate arrival back at LHS (please plan your ride home accordingly)

Friday Feb 24

LHS Varsity (Symphony) (B Day)

7:35 AM Everyone report to the orchestra room instead of your normal 7th period class

9:05 AM Attend your normal 8th period class

10:55 AM Everyone take 1st Lunch. PLEASE DO NOT leave campus. We do not
