Winter Orchestra Concert Call Times

Need to know when to be where??? CLICK HERE and check out the call times for Monday's Lamar HS Orchestra Concert.

CONCERT ORCHESTRA

5:50 - arrive dressed in your uniform, uncase and go to the stage

6:00 - tune/warm up on stage

6:20 - switch out with Symphony and go to the cafeteria

6:50 - return to your seat on stage and wait patiently for the concert to start

7:00 - concert starts

After you perform go down the stairs on the cello/bass side of the orchestra and sit in the reserved seats for your group to watch the other groups perform. Cellos and basses line your instruments up against the walls. Violins and violas hold them in your lap. Remember that part of your grade depends on your concert etiquette.

SINFONIA ORCHESTRA

6:00 - arrive dressed in your uniform, uncase and stay in the Orchestra room

6:20 - tune/warm up in the Orchestra room after Philharmonic finishes warming up

6:50 - go to the auditorium and sit in the reserved seats for your group, cellos/basses line your instruments along the wall, violins/violas keep them in your laps

7:00 - watch Concert Orchestra perform

approx 7:20 - go up the stairs on the violin side of the stage and perform

After you perform go down the stairs on the cello/bass side of the orchestra and sit in the reserved seats for your group to watch the other groups perform. PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA

5:50 - arrive dressed in your uniform, uncase and stay in the Orchestra room

6:00 - tune/warm up in the Orchestra room

6:20 - switch with Sinfonia Orchestra and get out of the way while they warm up

6:50 - go to the auditorium and sit in the reserved seats for your group, cellos/basses line your instruments along the wall, violins/violas keep them in your laps

7:00 - watch Concert and Sinfonia Orchestras perform

approx 7:40 - go up the stairs on the violin side of the stage and perform

After you perform go down the stairs on the cello/bass side of the orchestra and sit in the reserved seats for your group to watch the other groups perform. SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA

6:00 - arrive dressed in your uniform, uncase and go to stage

6:20 - tune/warm up on stage

7:00 - watch Concert, Sinfonia and Philharmonic Orchestras perform
