Tuesday March 1st (B Day)

LHS Sub-Non Varsity B (CONCERT)

6:40 AM Everyone reports to Orchestra room completely dressed in uniform

6:45 AM Tune and briefly warm up

7:15 AM Load Bus

7:45 AM Depart for Arlington CVPA

8:00 AM Arrive at CVPA

8:20 AM Warm-up

8:50 AM Perform on Stage

9:15 AM Sight-Reading

9:40 AM Pack up in the uncasing area

10:00 AM Enter Auditorium to watch LHS Sinfonia perform at 10:05 (please be on your absolute best behavior)

10:30 AM Load bus

10:45 AM depart for LHS

11:00 AM approximate arrival back at LHS go to either 1st lunch or 9th period.

LHS Sub-Non Varsity A (SINFONIA)

7:35 AM Everyone reports to Orchestra room completely dressed in uniform

7:45 AM Tune and briefly warm up

8:30 AM Load Bus

9:00 AM Depart for Arlington CVPA

9:15 AM Arrive at CVPA

9:35 AM Warm-up

10:05 AM Perform on Stage

10:30 AM Sight-Reading

10:55 AM Load bus

11:10 AM depart for LHS

11:25 AM approximate arrival back at LHS

11:51 AM if you have 1st or 2nd lunch, take 2nd lunch. If you have 3rd lunch, go to 9th period then lunch.

Wednesday March 2nd (A Day)

LHS Non Varsity (Philharmonic)

7:35 AM Everyone reports to Orchestra room completely dressed in uniform

7:45 AM Tune and briefly warm up

8:20 AM Load Bus

8:50 AM Depart for Arlington CVPA

9:05 AM Arrive at CVPA

9:25 AM Warm-up

10:00 AM Perform on Stage

10:30 AM Sight-Reading

10:55 AM Load bus

11:10 AM depart for LHS

11:30 AM approximate arrival back at LHS

11:51 AM Orchestra Class

1:16 PM Go to 4th period

Thursday March 3rd (B Day)

LHS Varsity Full Orchestra (Symphony)

7:35 AM go to normal 7th and 8th periods

10:58 AM Everyone take 1st Lunch. PLEASE DO NOT leave campus. We do not have that much time. You probably will want to pack a lunch because you may also need to change clothes.

11:40 AM Everyone reports to Orchestra room completely dressed in uniform

11:45 AM Tune and briefly warm up

12:30 PM Load Bus

1:00 PM Depart for Arlington CVPA

1:15 PM Arrive at CVPA

1:35 PM Warm-up

2:20 PM Perform on Stage

3:00 PM Sight-Reading

3:40 PM Load bus

4:00 PM depart for LHS

4:15 PM approximate arrival back at LHS (please plan your ride home accordingly)
